Welcome to ducqets.com (the “Site”), operated by or for DUCQETS and its affiliates (“DUCQETS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

DUCQETS is a culture-first streetwear brand rooted in San Diego for over a decade. Many items, drops, and experiences are intentionally limited and may only be available in person at our downtown location.

GENERAL

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

SITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site—including images, artwork, logos, designs, videos, text, graphics, and layout (collectively, “Content”)—is owned by or licensed to DUCQETS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

The Site and its Content are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit any Content without written permission from DUCQETS.

Our designs, logos, slogans, and visual identity are core to our brand. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

ERRORS & AVAILABILITY

We strive for accuracy, but information on the Site may occasionally contain errors or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, availability, or other details. DUCQETS reserves the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Because many of our products are limited-run or exclusive, availability is never guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel any order or discontinue any product at our discretion.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Retail-price items: Exchange only within 10 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

• Sale, discounted, or collaboration items: Final sale. No returns or exchanges.

• Items must be unworn, in new condition, with original tags and receipt.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. International customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees.

Orders returned as “Return to Sender” due to delivery failure will incur a reshipment fee.

Policy disputes or refused shipments may result in a forced refund minus shipping and a restocking fee.

SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 14 business days. Expedited shipping does not include processing time. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks, contact support.

DUCQETS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information.

TAXES & FEES

Applicable sales tax will be charged based on delivery location. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

USER SUBMISSIONS

Any feedback, ideas, messages, images, or content you submit to DUCQETS becomes the exclusive property of DUCQETS. By submitting content, you grant us full rights to use it for any purpose without compensation.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or offensive material.

COMMUNICATIONS

By using this Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from DUCQETS regarding orders, updates, products, drops, events, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

We aim to display products accurately, but colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen. We do not guarantee exact color representation.

Some items may be available online, in-store only, or exclusively at our downtown San Diego location. Certain drops are intentionally physical-only to preserve culture and community.

FRAUD PREVENTION

DUCQETS actively monitors for fraud. Orders may be delayed, held, or canceled for verification. We may require additional identification or restrict shipping based on risk factors. Orders associated with freight forwarding or suspicious activity may be canceled at our discretion.
