What makes DUCQETS different?
DUCQETS is rooted in over a decade of San Diego street culture. We’re not just a brand—we’re a location, a community, and a movement. Many of our pieces are intentionally limited and only available in person.
Are all items available online?
No. Some collections, colorways, and drops are in-store exclusives available only at our downtown San Diego location.
Do you restock items?
Most items are limited-run. Once a piece is gone, it’s usually gone for good.
What is your return policy?
Full-price items: Exchange only within 10 days of delivery
Sale, discounted, or collaboration items: Final sale
Items must be unworn with original tags and receipt
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within up to 14 business days. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks depending on location and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for customs duties and fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You must contact support within 12 hours of placing your order.
Where is your store located?
Our flagship store is in downtown San Diego—home to in-person exclusives, limited drops, and the full DUCQETS experience.
How do I stay updated on drops?
Join our email list, follow us on social, and pull up in person. Some drops are never announced online.
